A delicious breakfast is the best way to start the day and get you ready to explore Orkney. We proud to source as many of our produce from Orkney as possible to give you a true taste of the islands.

Breakfast is served at a leisurely time of 9:30 to 11:00 but of course as everything at Holsey Bed and Breakfast if you have special requirements during your stay just let us know.

We have a charming local bakery down the road so usually around 3 or 4 pm there will be naughty but nice cream cakes and tea available in the lounge for anyone back from a lovely coastal walk.

Fresh fruit selection with local sheeps milk yoghurt and Scottish Oats

Orkney beef sausages,  local outdoor-reared smoked back bacon, hagis, beans, grilled plum tomatoes, tatties hash

Any combination of the above

Toast, croissants or muffins with a selection of local jams and conserves
