Louise and Juan offer you an exceptionally warm welcome to their modern, prettily furnished home. Faviere, offering a variety of well-equipped rooms, is situated on the south side of the river just ten minute tree lined walk along the "Old Tramway" and through the "Bancroft Gardens" will bring you to the Theatres and town centre. All the bedrooms are en-suite and have: central heating, Television, towels, Radio (with wake-up facility), tea/coffee, hair dryer and dressing table. Free wi-fi (wireless) internet conection. 
Our cottage is located just a 10 minute drive from Stratford upon Avon. An ideal base for those who wish to explore the world of William Shakespeare, the Cotswolds, Warwick and surrounding area. There is an excellent award winning village pub just a short stroll from our cottage door were you can enjoy lunch or dinner most days. Our comfortably furnished bedrooms are en suite with tea/coffee making facilities, television and hairdryer. It is sometimes possible to have single occupancy of the rooms and the bedroom with shower ensuite can also accommodate a third bed, if required. Please contact us for rates when applicable. There is a cosy "Snug" available to relax and enjoy some light refreshments and if you prefer to stay in and relax we can offer a sandwich supper at an additional cost. We are a Pet friendly, no smoking establishment. 
The Penryn Guest House is situated within easy walking distance of Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the town centre and railway station. For our guests travelling by road a private car park is available. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible in our range of single, twin, double, superior twin and superior double rooms with king size beds, armchairs and occasional table. A colour television, hairdryer, clock radio, refreshment tray and comfy cushions are provided together with free WiFi facilities for guests who wish to bring along their own laptops in order to access emails and the internet from the convenience of their room. We are committed to serving, where possible, the finest locally produced food from the Heart of England including free range eggs, delicious sausages and bacon, home made bakes, seasonal fresh fruit platter, local honey and the superb Harvest of Arden apple juice. Our vegetarian guests and those with individual dietary requirements are also well catered for. We welcome enquiries from disabled guests and can arrange hire of electric wheelchairs, etc. Some ground floor accommodation is also available.
